Sakaki XIX is the second premium product in the Sakaki Gin range. As per the Roman numerals in its name it contains 19 botanicals:

All Spice, Bay Leaf, Caraway, Cinnamon, Coriander Seed, Ginger, Juniper, Lavender, Mikan, Sakaki, Sansho, Star Anise, Sudachi, Ume, Ume Seed, Wasabi, Yoshino Cedar, Yuzu

Taste: Juniper forward and fruitier than Sakaki XV, anise elements are complemented addition of ume and citrus botanicals. This results in a smooth, soft finish. The piquancy of the sansho, ginger and wasabi “tighten” the aftertaste.
