Sansho bitters are made from rare Wakayama grown Budou sansho, renowned for its large, grape like bunches of fruit and harvested by hand. The unripe green sansho berries can only be hand picked from mid to late May, a rare and premium ingredient prized by chefs and bartenders alike.

Sansho bitters are vibrant and aromatic, with their trademark tingling texture lengthening and accentuating different flavours.

The shiver of citrus, the fresh breath of spice and a tingling mouthfeel only Sansho Bitters can evokes a flavour experience unlike any other.
